without the juice he could work out 18 teims a week and eat 25 meals of fish a day but it wouldnt make a difference

"curl a 100lb dumb bell in your face" like he said and did on his video.
Him being that size is truly crazy. Usually these guys race to get to 300lbs during the off season, at least Ronnie and Jay do.
I wonder what he presses at that weight.
I am asking because I am 5'10- 205lbs, it would motivate me more to know.

i still think he looks good even in that pic.

I am still having a hard time believing that every off season he would get this small. I am thinking that it is harder to build muscle than lose fat. I don't see how one could build the muscle density/bellies in such a short time. Especially in the legs and back.

On probodybuilding weekly Levrone even said that if he got back on the "sauce" in no time he would be 235-240 easy. Great receptors.
