Met the boys at the gym....BigMc was looking HUGE bigger than last time I saw him and leaner at 6ft4 it's just ridiculous. Gal was at his lowest bf ever, it's fucking unreal how low his bf levels were.
We did a mandatory arms pump up before the night out, Gal and Bigmc nwent to shower together, I heard some giggling going on as I waited outside but decided that asking no questions is best.
I booked us a table at one of the top clubs in town, three bottles of grey goose then some females joined us not long after, we got lots of shots as well on top. It was my pre-birthday bash and we partied like kings. I will post more pics later as I need to blur out heads.

I don't have ways, I walk past them and look around, the ones that make eye contact and smile I strike a conversation with. Being good looking, rich and extremely charismatic helps though.

You can't win them all, lean arms in a shirt do the trick, as you still look elegant yet show off the guns at the same time, from your shirt pics. It's Skorp approved. Tight v neck tops on holidays are acceptable, but in winter in europe it looks douchey especially if you have a quiff to go with it.

tight shirts dont work for me
they accentuate lack of shoulder width
best is sort of baggy shirts or t shirts with snug sleeves that creep up on my arm a big
this way i look overall bigger and also totally not like a douche
just cant help these big arms bustin out of my sleeves
it's also best for shitty pecs to have loose clothes on it

The original Arms Don of getbig.
I took Gals training advice and am the better for it. I gave up lifting in the heavy/low rep range, and now use lighter moderate weights and instead focus on the slow and controlled contraction, and the pump. Since I've switched I've been able to workout without constantly getting injured like i was previously.
