If you check out pics from his 2004 grandprix shows where he competed at 300 pounds, he may have set some sort of unofficial record for quad size onstage, they were unreal!:

yup. this pic makes me laugh since Ronnie's left quad looks like it would measure larger than the little guys chest measurement. Talk about being overpowered :o

Jay told me his legs are 32" but i think the biggest theyve ever been onstage was the 99 Arnold. Biggest in the show by a mile IMO
