He can no way be compared to Kovaks.  Just wait until he does a pro show with the top quality competitors before you compare "apples to oranges".

In the competition photos with the tanning lotion, he looks washed out, no cuts.  His back double bi particularly is weak.  His rear lat spread is also weak.  Dude looks best when he is white in non-contest lighting.  I think he needs a good tan-man to get the right color and needs to come into a pro show way more dry.  His has that sheen of water that Vic Martinez always seems to carry.  Until he can nail his condition, he will be average at best.  He has zero chance at the Mr. O as his genetics do not flow well. Maybe top five in five-seven years.  This is not the next coming of Dorian by any means.

Give the guy a chance, he was amateur up til now. Once he gets a sponsorship, moves to the US and gets all the goodies you Amerians have, he'll grow into a monster. He's not gonna win the O this year but once he fills out a bit more, he'll do some damage!

Come visit Dennis at the Nutrex booth at the Arnold Classic, he s a very cool guy.

@nicorulez
Haha that was a good one. Conditioning is the most important thing at the world s and he was insanely shredded at the world championships.
Yeah and his genetics don t flow well, he only has a sick small waist, wide shoulder, besides calves no weak points, but yeah you are damn right, his genetics don t flow well.
But we all understand, if he was american, it would be a whole different story.
For all the haters, Dennis will give his pro debut this year and before that everything here is pure speculation.

Arnold, if he had a back that was worth a piece of shit he would be alright. As it is, he has no width or thickness. His shoulders overpower his torso.  His arms are average for a top tier pro.  He is young, but Heath will dust him.  He may make the top fifteen of some lower level shows, but he won't even get a panty sniff of the Mr. Olympia unless the IFBB gives him a special invite.  The best in Europe is far from the best in the world  ::)

Wow comparing 8 time Mister Olympia to 27 year old Dennis Wolf, great comparison. In August Dennis will wheigh 12 pounds more then at the World Championship with the same conditioning.
It does not make sense to argue with you about this as he is not american and therefore you are blinded, but that s ok. I will come back to you once Dennis did his first pro show and then let s see who will have the last laugh.

WOW !!
This guy is a real danger. Taking into consideration his age (28), Shoulders are Unreal, back is incredible. Physique is very aesthetic & pleasing..  Needs to bring up his hamstrings & calves & legs. His quads  have a wickid shape & look to them..
Flex magazine knows talent when they see it..

>>>OH YEAH, TINY WAIST !!!

This guy WILL be a threat within 2 years, and a possible future Mr. O..
Victor Martinez will be 33 this July. Wolf is only 28.

Dennis Wolf is olympia material 100%.

If he can or not to win Mr Olympia only time tell it us, but anyway I can´t see how some persons can say that kind of nonsense things.

If a magazine like Flex put him on the cover I can think that I will be for something, not for ramdom.

arnold_anabo: wolf is great..and is def olympia material. the only reason they talk shit is because he isnt an american so dont worry. He looks better than several of the olympia competitors. And bodybuilding isnt all about america and its standards...ronnie coleman is far from the best bodybuilder in the world?  because of his big gut and overdeveloped legs. (big stomach is automatic disqualification) It all depends on what standard you use. There are alot of guys weighing 200-225lbs that look alot better than several of the mr o competitors. Its funny how some people try to convince themselves that
just because you weigh 270lbs it looks better than 210lbs with good shape and symmetry.

well the IFBB is the most reliable tested show in the world ... and as i said earlier you cannot have a natural shows these days ... u can have only tested

the still didn’t make to the Olympics yet … but they are in the world games and asian games

Dennis passed the test in the 2005 world men’s championship ... meaning this year with juice in the euorpa show expect hip to be 10-15% better … if everything goes well

Title: Re: Dennis Wolf

I read about Wolf in FLEX magazine. He looks a lot like Chris Cook (with pointy ears).

After reading the articles, some questions/comments came to mind.

1) If the IFBB World Amateur Bodybuilding Championships and the IFBB Mr. Universe are one and the same, why not simply refer to Dennis Wolf as the 2005 Mr. Universe?

2) Unless the IFBB changed the rules, the Mr. Universe winner qualifies for the Mr. Olympia. So, why isn't Wolf gearing for the O, instead of the Europa show?

3) I wouldn't say that Wolf is overhyped, nor would I compare him to Alex Federov. Had Federov shown up at the Olympia the way he did at the 2004 Russian Grand Prix, he would have done some damage. Let Wolf enjoy the spoils of being Mr. Universe. He's definitely earned that much.

Toatly agree , Dennis Wolf has a bright future. Best advice is to take all this negativity and turn it into a positive, and use as motivation. Best of luck in your Pro debut. ;D
