Title: Congrats to Angel & Rick Friend - it's a BOY!

IFBB Fitness Pro Angel Friend and her husband, Rick, celebrated the birth of their first child yesterday in Las Vegas. 

Tyler Joseph (I hope I remembered that correctly!!) was 7 lbs, 7 oz and both mother and child (and daddy!) are doing well.

Congratulations, you two - and welcome to the REAL world. haha  Enjoy it!

also congrats to Dekko and Scelli Nkdukfakto of Rwanda on their first successful birth after 4 consecutive miscarriages.  little Chafkati was born in a clay hut and weighed 5 lbs, 1oz.  the typical malnourished weight of birth in the poverty-stricken nation.  Scelli's placenta was saved, cooked and consumed by the entire village because waring factions have prevented UN  shipments from arriving to their remote jungle location, and thus food is quite scarce.
