Title: What is a year off going to do for DEXTER?

Usually when a bodbuilder takes a year off its to build size. The last thing dexter needs to do is pack on more size. That will spoil his lines and even if he can bring in the great conditioning the extra size will put off the balance that he had in the past.
I think the only thing a year off will of done is improve is personal health giving his body a rest.

He may suprize the hell out of us and look great.
I just don't know what he could do to look better than he used to.
Markus Ruckus tryed to change the way he looked at the O and looked like shit.

Does anybody know if the Arnold Classic is going to be on pay per view?
Now I am really curious to see how Dexter will look on stage after taking some time off.

dexter won't ruin his lines...  hopefully he'll come in with improved calves, quads and hams.

Dext said in MD that he won't have very noticable improvements and that he didn't train that hard, letting his body rest.
all he said was: I'm going to be more ripped and fuller. wich he say at every contest. that isn't really improvement.
As much as I dislike the dick head, gustavo is probably gonna beat dexter

well in fact it was a really small tear, didn't train chest for 2 weeks and now he is ok
