nope. just wanted to know what was best...ive never heard of training while sore. if it was good for mass, why wouldnt you train every body part every day? lol

I *used* to think like these guys, kind of a guilt trip when missing workouts. Now I'd say always wait the soreness is gone, but then make sure to get a workout in.
In the long-term working through soreness means nothing in terms of gains. In fact, you'll have a better workout when recovered.
Same thing applies when sick, etc.-the days off are a good break for the central nervous system and will leave you fresh for a good workout once back.
-
i kind of have to agree....for awhile i hadn't missed a workout in like 3 months...even with travelling...somehow the day i had to travel would fall on an off day....but this weekend i went out drank and didnt sleep and missed back day...didn't miss out on eating much...hell i even hit up mcdonalds haha.....but now its a new week and i'll just start it with back and get back on track.

so the consencus was that i should have trained. and i did.
now...was the reasoning behind trainign while i was still sore because doingso is good for building mass, or just because i shouldnt be a pussy about it? because today is leg day again...and my legs are still sore again. im gonna re schedule my routine..but today, i need to know if its good for mass to train while sore or not.
-
could someone help me out? i need to leave in a like 2 minutes cause my gym closes at 4 on the weekends.

This may help you decide...
THE SQUATTERS CREED
This is my squat rack. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
My squat rack is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I master my life.
My squat rack without me is useless. Without my squat rack, I am useless. I must squat deep and true. I must come out of the hole better than the silly pumpers who are trying to out-squat me. I must crush the weight, before it crushes me. I will.
My squat rack and I know that what counts in this war is not the noise we make, the clothes I wear or the pump I get in my thighs. We know that what counts is the addition of weight to the bar. We will add...
My squat rack is human even as I because it is my life. Thus I will learn it as a brother. I will learn its weaknesses, its strengths, its saddles, its pins, and its chinning bar. I will ever guard it against the ravages of dorks doing curls inside its sacred ground as I will ever guard my legs, my back, my torso, and my arms against injury. I will keep my squat rack clean and ready. We will become part of each other. We will...
Before God I swear this creed. My squat rack and myself are defenders of Physical Culture. We are masters of rational training. We are the saviors of my strength.
So be it until victory is ours and there is no enemy but the next PR.

If they are just a little sore I think you are ok..if they are really Sore then I would have waited. Everyone knows you don't build muscle in the gym,you tear it down.It is the recovery process that builds the muscle.
