i posted this on the training forum like 20 minutes ago and i didnt even get one view...so could you (mods) let this stay on thias board till i get a few replies..or for a few minutes. thanks.
so today is leg day and my legs are still a sore because this weekend waas my schools formal and my legs got pretty worked breakin all them ladies off!! ahaha..(them short ones will definitley make your legs burn!)...
so what should i do? not train them? ive heard that its good for mass to train through it...but ive also heard the opposite.
soo....whats some advice!?

well your soreness if ya slow twitch fibres used in dancing and u will use fast twitch fibres for leg training so i dont see the problem training them. hope this helps
oh and dont listen to alexxx hes just a bit twisted :D

i havent missed a workout for over a year....
even christmas, thanksigving, and when i was sick.
dont give me that cry baby horseshit..i owuld have trained hams harder than normal if i couldnt have trained quads.

You are obviously not realy wanting to train them other wise you would have just gone ahead and smashed them , sooooooo dont do them to day , do them tomorrow when your head is in it and the workout will be worthy of growth , either switch them around with another body part or rest !!
Overtraining acheives nothing but being over trained !!

well actually i love training, and i love training legs....but i can make a sacrifice for mass. which is the realr reason i train...not because i like doing it.
so..since my mind is in it..i will train them. and smash em!! ahaha...although i do take your advice gracously...knowing that your legs were quite big themselves. ;)

Good man ---------- dig it in and remember a good leg work out is purely gauged by the number of times you throw up or if your nose bleeds !!
Have a good one -------- oh one other thing , how do you know if you cant lift it if you dont try to lift it !!

next time you go dancing, get extra sleep and eat more the next 2 days so you don't mess up your workouts that week.
And do a few light movements on leg day, then spend an extra 45 min doing abs or calves or something lacking.

yyeeeaahh...i actually ate prolly something like 8 thousand calories the last two days trying to get them recovered..but they were still abit sore.
thanks for the reply though man.
and i think working out abs is useless for a man of my bodyfat percentage.....lol.

thanks man! yeah...just got back. didnt throw up this time...but i couldnt walk out of the gym without looking like a penguin waddling. haha..i guess thats almost as good. i didnt get in as many reps as i normally do...but its about size to me; not strength. so im good ;D

or, try something different. Take a pilates class, stretch for 30 minutes, do a half-body HIT routine, do a powerlifting routine, just anything to shock your body and just give your legs the extra time off.

yep. billy carp helped me a lot with the diet before he passed on. I was actually flexing in the mirror tonight, and looking at my old pics. I'm a bit leaner, but I really loook like I have more muscle now. When I do post some I think the difference will be noticable. Still battling nutrition, tho.

cut your legs off..........no legs, no leg training. end of story
