Never tried Saline since the bottle usually has 3 million preservatives listed.   :P   Has anyone actually ever used saline?  Like the ones for contacts? 

Of course, good old Bac Water works just fine for sure.   8)

bac water is saline, just sterile

saline solution = water with 0.9% nacl
bac water = water with 0.9% nacl and 0.9% benzyl alcohol (sometimes doesnt even contain 0.9% nacl, thats when it hurts upon injecting)

since you wont keep a single GH vial for like 4 weeks there should be no dangers of bacteria forming so saline is okay

Oh wow, so plain old saline like you buy for contacts will work then?  I never thought of it and always bough bac NaCl.  LOL   :D
