He means Vince Taylor.

When asked that very question on his board, Milos said if he competes it will be on the Eurpoean tour. And our own Bob Chick has said . . . " death, taxes and the masters . . . " so it's gonna be a great one.

yea i've read that on Milos' site to, thought he meant Vince taylor anybody else?
