When you look at some of these pics mostly the ones of Lee, it's hard to beleave that they ever look the way they do when they step on stage.


And damn Lee talk about letting you self go.  I bet it would take you extra long when preping for a show, looking like that.

apparently up until recently he always got that big off season and it still only took him 12 weeks to prepare :)

Priest specifically got fatter and grew out the beard for that photo shoot.  But yes, he always did get the biggest.  It kind of goes against "Mr. anti-getbig" Dave Henry's philosophy that when you have to lose a lot of fat, a lot of it will be muscle.  Certainly Lee can argue that's not the case.  And yes, that shot of Haney is really fantastic, best I've ever seen him.

It's dependant on genetics as far as the Muscle:Fat ratio lost when dieting.  Dave Henry shouldn't comment.......he's not exactly at a point in his career where he can touch Lee Priest.

Dave Henry knows what's best for Dave Henry.
