I have 475 training videos on line YouTube search ryan ergo. I'm 53 and I own a top facility. Some videos are shot when I travel and many are shot in my 2 garages that I have stocked with rare hard to find equipment. If you look and have questions on anything ask.

I so knew it though. Dude had a wicked build, he disguised his intentions well with some good advice though, but man that shit was obvious...

Sucks to have to think this way but I didn't start posting last week either.
