since I like to run low test with some tren ace , id like to ask if someone tried like
50-75mg tren ace with about 20-30 mg prop everyday?

ye i notice im pretty flat , im doing keto diet and using t3.
im im the gym and like wtf where is the pump.
im salting like a maniac , u got any advice to stay fuller otherwise then switching to carb cycle?

i dont really like test , it bloats the shit out of me and puts tons of water weight on.
Im using eq 500-600, tren 350 and test prop 150-250 with t3 at the moment.

75 mcg on empty stomach in the morning.

Well thats what happens with low carb plus t3 bro.
Remeber flatness is only temporary. Maybe have a high carb day once a week or so.

But when you finish your diet and start eating carbs and up the test is when your hard work shows

im always flat and look like shit when on low carbs and t3
when cutting i generally look like garbage
just part of the game

i actually dont get drier and more ripped but softer, flatter and more watery the longer i cut until i dip below the 7% BF mark, then i just look tiny and ripped lol

THEN when im lean enough bodyfat wise i drop t3, increase carbs and kcals to slightly above maintenance levels, double dosages, add slin and BOOM completely different person within 3 days
twice as big, suddenly much leaner and looking ripped and drier, muscle pushing against skin again, full of glycogen



just tell yourself its all temporary and the change is gonna be even more insane once you stop the cut

how do you fight ur mind against low carb/zero carb days while trying to keep some heavy lifts in?

yes I even look fatter,softer and my skin is even looser when Im dieting. my veins even start to thin and dissapear lol.
DO you use insulin with GH?

hahaha, so true, you just lose water, look "less big", clothes don't fit as good and are not really kick ass naked either...

All the more reason to not bloat up like some do, huge mind fuck.

You're doing keto and T3.  You're gonna be flat as a pancake no matter what you take.

I kept my prop at 150-200 a week and started tren at 350 then bumped up up 500-600 at the end and ran some mast p at 150-200 too the whole time...Worked for me

youre not bloated nor sensitive to hormones. why would you, youre running low test and tren. nothing that could bloat you here.
youre just carrying MUCH more bodyfat than you think
thats >15% BF

dont get me wrong, good build (especially legs) for 20 and low doses. but you have a good 12 weeks of cutting infront of you

also keto diet is shit on tren imo
try 150-200g protein and the rest of the calories ALL CARBS
tren and t3 burn through carbs like a mofo
also forget heavy lifting while on t3

high carb cuts work much better, only advantage of keto is appetite suppression and theres other stuff for that

VEry good leg genetics and good nice thick base. Add in some tren maybe 350-500? with T3 and cut down to under 10% you'll look phenomenal

Add in some t3 and you're gtg then keep carbs moderate protein high and fats low

Yeah dude thats not bloat or water , just layer of fat. I have similar thick skin and fat u do. Just cut calories

You have the potential for a very good physique, rear lat spread is a great shot for you...

You train with a weight you can perform propperly for a certain number of reps.... If you do 8 reps with 100k on the bar when you fat, depleated you may only be able to use 95 for for 8 clean reps, who cares tho, long as you look good, don't consciously train heavy or light tho, the same training that built it will keep it.

My self, I don't think poundages sufferd hugely, as you tend to use more gear while cutting anyway
