Why people think he had bad genetics??

A Mr. Olympia with good calves that are real? I don't get it.
-
who says he has bad genetics i have never heard that
-
a lot of times big calves mean shitty thighs
-
the only thing lacking on Dorian were his arms, very small compared to everything else, his chest could have been bigger as well.
-
But there's a difference:
He HAD good genetics for building muscle, no doubt..
He did NOT have good genetics for shape, symmetry, aesthetics (ala Flex, Ray, etc).
