Post by: xuul on April 21, 2015, 04:16:29 AM
how did you manage to get off t3 and dont fall into the rebound.
I was thinking about eating the same amount of kcal just introduce ephedrine ?
and maybe some cardio on empty stomach 3 times a week?

I agree taper off and maybe start drinking coffee if you don't already. I like taking a little aspirin when I use my T3/T4 combo and 80MCG clen.

Just stop taking it, you will be fine.

You can taper down if it makes you feel better.

Unless you are taking a large amount it's not going to make much of a difference.

I would try to not cheat for around 10 days if I was you and take ephedrine to surpress appetite and keep fat burning high. Also if you're not already, do light cardio maybe 15 minutes post workout of a brisk walk on a treadmill at the highest elevation
