I was making my way through Birmingham city centre the other week looking for a gym(b/b related) when an old shape merc crept past with a neegul wearing huge silver headphones.... What actualy made me stare and laugh was he had his stereo blasting?
He had the windows wound down, lips pursed, head bobbing...
Please explain what was going on here?

Happens all the time in my gym.... neeguls singing out loud and talking to themselves. Notice how hebrews don't wear earbuds, they all wear Beats headphones.

The dude with the "invisible mic" is a classic indeed. No idea how they don't realize how annoying/stupid they look.
Same guys who stand inches from the mirror checking out their face. What the hell they lookin' at, got no idea, just would love to grab the back of their stupid heads and smash them in the mirror for a closer look...

Those big ones look pathetic, but no speaker can beat the listening experience of a quality headphone.

The sad thing is that Beats by Dre Headphones can cost anywhere from 100.00 to 400.00. The pair below are $399.99.
What's even sadder is that some company took apart the headphones, and estimated that it cost about $14.00 to make one pair of Beats by Dre headphones, yet he charges well over $100.00. Dumb ass consumers.
Despite that some of the top-end Beats headphones sell for a bank-breaking $479.95, according to The Times brand designers stated that the price of making the giant-cupped headies at a measly $14.00.

Beats suck.
I prefer other brands with more history than hysterics. Planar magnetic 'phones especially so and when driven by a good amp/DAC combination, even more.

I've got beats wireless, power beats 2 wireless, and audio technica ath-m50x. My audio technica is better but I wish they were wireless.

Your Audio Technicas are pretty good 'phones! I have Sennheiser's 120 model for wireless and while they are far from "great" they get the job done within reason.
I really don't listen "critically" (but cannot abide wireless interference all that much!) as I much prefer to enjoy music rather than analyze it. Good luck with finding the wireless headphones that suit you the best!
