Nearly impossible to keep excellent form without a box but good power move . A true grit exercise

Do u think two 90 poundrs is good

too many reps id be fried

Great burn would take all my energy though maybe 40 pound dumbells for 20

Just ramp up the pre-workout beer.

Some kale,  beer and tomato juice pre-workout shakes might work...
