What are some good exercises or routines for hitting the outer pec-delt tie in?

Dips ...weighted. If you have a dipping stand that allows you to have the knuckles facing forward than try a few sets that way, along with the regular dip hand position.
Incline Presses with a narrower grip. Also applied to flat benches.
Pullover & press ...BB or DB.
