Can you imagine how many people would be locked up or dead if the police did this at every Led Zepp or Dead concert in the 70's?

It's obvious he died in the custody of the paramedics or hospital, but that doesn't provoke emotion. In custody deaths are going to happen due to excited delirium and other medical conditions.
