He still look good,especially for his age. his legs are so big it's ridiculous (that's about the only part of him that is still in shape)
But the guy is a total asshole. You won't see a guy more cocky in the world. he treats his clients like shit and have no respect for nobody.
I will stop there I could be talking about the guy for 2 hours.
He has done great thing in the sport but I have no respect for the guy. not at all

I think he just got 64 but i am not sure.
When I did my first show last year, I was only 17 and I think I looked pretty good considering my age and all..
well each time he talked to me he was saying mean things about my physique and how he was better than me at my age.
That was sad to hear cause you know he gain nothing by saying this to me, he did it only to be mean and I think that sucked. I won my class and when he saw me after that he said: that is nothing at your age I was mister universe and I was training with arnold.
anyway that did affected me a bit when he told me all those things but you no I got over it pretty fast. He is mean with everybody and isn't well like in montreal

Now that's odd . . . The last I heard, Roy lived and owned a gym in Newfoundland. I also have heard he was a very humble guy. I don't buy into thiat at all.
I'll look into it.

I've said it on here many times. I used to work in with Roy and watch him do dips and chins with 2 150 lb db's from his waist all the time. He used to tell me if he had a nickel for every rep he did. He was strong as hell. Looed great too. This was back in 80 or 81 or so.

Roy's been around Montreal for almost 3 decades. He was huge when I saw him in '81, and friendly during a brief conversation. Pics don't indicate how big he was.
He's been a trainer at a local gym:

He was comparable to the top guys like Robby & Fox, but not quite as good in terms of detail, shape or muscle tie-ins.
