Has a very successful training business in Ohio (I believe). At one point he was putting on BB shows but not sure if that is still the case..

He puts on a show yearly in Westerville Ohio. Lost almost all of his size due to his gastrointestinal problems, but he's a great guy.

Mike recently won a contest so don't underestimate him.

Yes, his shit is routed to a bag which he wears around like so many women wears purses. Its disgusting, and kids, if you think pro bodybuilding is glamorous, go meet mike and spend a day with him as he empty's his SHIT SACK! Gross. Just vile!!!
honestly, what-bodybuilding wise-caused this? I'm not trying to start anything but is this really related to his bodybuilding? Doesn't he have colidious or something? I know a couple of people who have this and they have never lifted a weight in thier life, I thought it was kinda a genetic thing.
Wasn't Mike an IFBB judge for a little while?

well, I'm not saying it had nothing to do with it but we don't see alot of guys running around with bags, mike's case is pretty unique isn't it? I'm just wondering what he could have done bodybuilding wise to cause this. Now if his liver was ready to blow up then I wouldn't ever say a word but I can't think of one other pro with this condition.

Mike has ulcerative colitis. How exactly is that caused by steroids? I'm not an expert by any means, so someone enlighten me please.

IS this permanent, because I thought I saw him as a IFBB judge, and the showed him with now bag, or bundle under his clothes. I thought it was just due to the operation and they fixed the intestine

Who knows, but do you really believe that this condition wasnt exacerbated by his heavy gear?
Maybe, maybe not. Maybe his condition was also exacerbated by the competing bodybuilder diet, which could feed a small Ethiopian village and could take a high toll on an already-diseased colon.

I train at one of the gyms Mike trains clients at.He still has size and has been looking much healthier recently.His calves are just plain freakish still. His NPC contest is being held May 13th.

ive known people with the same illness and from what they have told me the colostomy bag is a temporary thing. they eventually operate again to reconect the intestines.
and no i dont believe the steroid use had anything to do with his problems.... BUT, i'm sure the dieting did.
