Post by: Disco187 on August 14, 2015, 06:03:18 AM
I am getting cramps in my arms bad when i keep my arms bent for more then a minute or two . for example carrying a cup of coffee while walking into work.

Could this be from the 70 to 100mg of stano a day i am taking???? I am also running tren and test.
I drink plenty of water throughout the day aswell.

any input would be great

stop flexing while your carrying the coffee pal... just fuckin w you.  I got cramps in my tendons while on winny. not much in the muscle bellies. common side effect id say. my arms tend to fall asleep more often when bent on any aas.

You are dehydrated.

Increase your water intake and eat more potassium/magnesium rich foods.

Supplement with taurine and potassium. A drink or a food will not give you enough that you need to be able to stop the cramps...Once you start supplementing with both of those your cramps will stop as long as you're drinking a good amount of water...Realize that your water intake needs to be increased while you're running tren and winny compared to what it would be with a deca or EQ...

Po f assume and taurine supp always make my cramps worse as funny as that sounds.

But eating 2-3 bananas a day helps me all the time. I thinks it works better in the natural form.
