If al gore entered the race in say, late August, early September, does he win the dem nomination?

we know the lib base LOVES him. I mean, they may love him more than obama, since many in the mountains bragged on cnn they were dems but voting hilary because of race. Al Gore joining the race, right when hilary was on the ropes with this server thing? He'd wreck it. DOnors would line up.
And Gore against Trump? Trump is very creative with "America is great, I'll be great, china, not great" dumbing it down for base voters, but how will that play with independents who have actually gotten past the 7th grade?
I don't think anyone here - even if you disagree with climate change being manmade (like I do), can disagree that Gore would probably whip hilary.
