currently running
100 mg test prop ed
30 mg tren ace ed
and i weigh 175 @ 7% and i plan to get to about 185 @ 7% on this, and then i'll add in drol @ 50-100 mg ed to get to 2 bills @ 7%
not sure how far my current stack will take me, but if it doesn't get me to 2 bills @ 7% then i'll throw in the drol
i guess it would help me if i'd train my legs and back as hard as i train my pecs, delts and arms ;D
-
whatever man.

youre on 700mg test... just eat 1500g carbs in 1 day and youll be 10lbs heavier at the same bf% the next day :D
on a serious note, tren dosage too low & youre not gonna gain a solid 30lbs and stay at 7% bf with that stack unless you just started lifting
double everthing and add GH, maybe then lol
-
;D ;D ;D
the question was... would drol be a good addition to this stack for a gainer, once my gains stop?
-
my internet is fucked today
edited my post
yes, adrol is always good... wont take you where u wanna be tho
-
Drol would add Max 5-6 lbs 4 lbs water 2 lbs muscle
To add 30lbs if pure muscle would probable
Double the steroid intake at least
And wait 6 months
-
6 months - year lol 30 lbs us newbie gains mass don't come easy
-
If back and legs areN't trained, that type of weight gain will never happen. If it does, it won't look good.

How much are you eating my friend? Your reputation suggests you are a hard gainer but sounds like you are making commendable progress so you are doing something right. Back and legs are not vanity muscles so I totally appreciate the motivation to train them is not always there but in order to hit 2 bills you need to attack them with a vengance.

that's the thing, my diet has greatly improved as before i used to eat mainly junk ie. pizza, burgers, fries
now i eat pretty clean ie. chicken, steak and fish for protien and rice, potatoes and bread for carbs and oils for fats
yeah i know that i gotta train wheels and back to get up to 2 bills but i want to make sure that i don't grow them out of proportion
this here is ideal proportions imho legs are developed, but not too big 8)

Nobody's legs have ever been too big there is no such thing

Glad you are eating the right foods. My advice keep shovelling that grub down as much as you can stomach and afford.
One of the great things about training legs and back is because they are such large body parts when you train them hard not only do they respond but the rest of your body will too. I noticed some improvements all over when I incorporated bent over barbell rows, deadlifts, hack squats, etc into my workouts. Another gem that will add some magic to your physique and this works well with chest or back is dumbell pullovers. I don't know whether you do these but they really helped my lats and added detail to my lower pecs. Lovely little exercise.

yeah, those are a good exercise, and thanks for the feedback and i'll try and keep up this healthier diet although it is a real pain in the ass cooking each meal, but i still have a cheat meal twice a week so it's all good ;D

Good man! Have you tried cooking in bulk and storing your grub in tupperware containers? I watched a vid of Evan Centofpanties cooking loads of food, mountains of the stuff in one sitting and then storing it for later consumption. I've yet to actually do this myself but seems like a good idea. What do you think?

well man i can order a diet service which makes your meals for you and gives them to you each day, so that may be a good option for me, but the problem is they only do it for up to 2500 cals, and i need 3500 or maybe even 4000
or i could order it and then just cook a chicken breast or steak twice a day with some good fats thrown in and add it to my meals to get me up to 3500
i'm tempted to use gainer drinks but i just somehow "know" that real food is better than powders, although it would be much more convenient to use them on a regular basis

I've found the protein drinks really good actually contrary to what some say. There's a lovely one called Syntha 6 from BSN that comes in some amazing flavours, it tastes absolutely delicious mate and is good to have anytime of the day. I mix mine with milk and it's so good it's actually like a cheat meal in itself or just a really tasty desert. Recommend buddy think it will serve your purposes well.

If I fire up my grill I always cook up to 10 lbs of meat and store it for snacks and leftovers. If u r gonna make meat loaf u may as well make 2 of them saves time and u always have atleast some solid protein on hand instead of cheating

Good thinking it's things like this that add up and make that difference at the end of the day. I have never had meatloaf it doesn't seem to be that available in England where I am from. In fact never even considered it as a bodybuilding food but I guess it must be pretty good being full of protein and various things. Thanks for the heads up is it easy to make?
-
Get 5 good meals with 30g of protein of each and decent amount of carbs
And have 4 shakes a day
Average fats
Walla a bodybuilding diet
You don't need some service to cook for you man
Although I was using a great service - called the mrs lol

Close to what I do and is not enough for serious gains really. I get a chicken or beef meal, an egg meal, other 3 are protein powder based but still, cals are high as I add lots of carbs and fats from other sources. Just can't eat meat twice a day now, blah...
But 3 actual good meals and 2 shakes, (add intra workout carbs on training days) should at least bring you up in weight compared to what you're doing at the moment.
-
I have to eat real food me starve fuck shakes
-

p.s. don't ask about my wheels, as a few of my buds tell me i should enter a wheelchair division show ;D ;D ;D

do 1 bodyweight squat for every post on getbig and youll have ramy legs in a year
:D
-
need to train legs and back for your foundation.
Try not to rely on too many supplements, eat real food every 3 hours.
I have one shake WPI (2 scoops 50g protein) + a banana post wo (shake also has 2tbs peanut butter, 2 tbs chia seeds, 2 tbs quinoa and 2 tbs LSA) with almond milk and coconut water
10 egg whites
Chicken rice and sweet potato
fish cauliflour rice and greens
red meat dinner eg curry, a steak etc plus green vege
10 egg whites pre bed
each day
This may not be the optimal diet but its what I do. I was a fat fuck (put on 12 kg fat even though I trained 4x week) and went on t4 (thyroid issues). This diet has helped me lose 5 holes off my belt in past few months. Now trying to ad some more muscle so same diet but more quantity,
I have omitted dairy (except for the protein powder) and all gluten and feel so much better,
still train 4 to 5 times a week. lower body twice. Train your wheels! Squat and deadlift
Hope this adds some value to the discussion.
