seriously,none of this overtraining crapola. I've been training 6 days a week,3 on 1 off,no drugs at all and added more muscle in six months than two years doing it the low frequency way that is so popular.
To me,this is how I like it because I enjoy gym culture. Some of this 'science' must be bullshit because I was led to think I was a hardgainer when I was undertraining

Some say there's no such thing as overtraining, only undereating. Probably only true to a certain extent tho.

actually it's "there's no such thing as overtraining, just under resting"

Yep,ate very clean Mon-Sat ,lowish/moderate carbs and watched my grains (grains seem to f**k my physique real easy) and Sunday was a cheat day.. I never went hungry,probably ate too much protein if truth be told but I didn't gain any surplus fat,in fact,the muscle gain helped me shed it a few percentages

What was your BF before you start and what is it now? Also how much cardio did you go?

If you over train one day and you feel it train light going for the Pump and burn the next day,When i train i do full body workout intense, then a light day i do this 6 days a week.
