i'm wondering if i should pump in some more exercises... my shoulder days consist of
setsx repsx weight
front raises 3x10x45
side laterals 3x10x40
bent over laterals for the rear delts 3x10x50
military presses 3x10x135
and that's about it for my delts...i dont know if that's too little..or not enough. they're such a small muscle group i'm kinda torn as to what to do.

Might want to deflate rather than pump in more exercises. If your doing a lot of bench work (flat/incline) or dips than the anterior delts get a good share of work. Front presses, though a superior exercise for the whole shoulder mass, would not be needed at this time.
Could try: DB press..alternate each arm..see saw..do not do them together
Upright row..either BB or DB
Or: PBN
Laterial raise...seated...little finger held higher up than the hand
Or: DB Side press..one arm
DB negative laterials...press two light DB's together overhead and lower them out to the side like a reverse laterial raise & repeat. ..warm-up well for this one and work your way into it.
Feel free to do these exercises in the regular way or SS them for awhile. 7-10 reps of two sets each. Perefer twice a week. Good Luck.
