EXACTLY. As usal I agree with Mike. True Adonis- the guy in this vid is a kid and if I'd started squatting at that age, I'd be light years ahead of where I'm at now. Give the kid kudos for trying.

I agree. If he has not been squating long, he probably thinks he is going down farther than he is...until he sees the video.Also he looks reasonably tall, which makes it a little harder to go down farther without tipping forward...To him that probably felt like he was below parralel.At least he is smart enough to at least try and squat. When I was in high school all I was smart enough to do was bench curl and lat pulls...know what I mean?
