So I thought that the whole "receptor saturation" myth and the likes thereof, had been debunked years ago now, but I recently saw a YouTube video of Rich Piana talking about his cycle strategies, his favourite of which was to switch compounds every 3 weeks to avoid the body getting used to them and having to increase the dosage. What are your thoughts getbiggers?
-
3 weeks ::)
-
I change compound every 2,38384849944 hours , so that my receptor get the wider confusion principal
-
3 weeks and your just getting into it, I think a decent run then switch things up...
I've found there's only a few things I use anyway
Sus/enth and Decca. or prop and tren, might add dbol/var/stromba along the way, but that's about it for me
-
Switching compounds or short burst cycles can be good for gains but has not much to do with receptors...Your body is not going to get used to these hormones are too powerful especially tren...You may stop feeling side effects after a while but believe me it's still in there...Only at certain doses at certain BF will your gains level-out and you feel like your body gets "used to" them...NO..That is just not high enough of a dosage for you to continue gaining...Gaining muscle is not a basis or accurate determining factor of whether your body is used to the compound or not...
-
your muscle mass depends on the amount of shit you take
plateau? increase dosage or switch to STRONGER compounds
(strictly drug talking here, leaving out training/food)
switching from 1g test 1g tren to 1g eq 1g mast wont do shit for example, because the latter are weak as fuck
-
Its not about receptors its about the body releasing myostatin and cortisol after a few weeks on gear.
Only way to counter that is up the dose, take stronger stuff or cruise/go off for a while.
-
Cortisol? Too low or too high?
-
High obviously
-
So what about for example Trenbolone? This compound drastically reduce cortisol level... ??? ???
-
cortisol in itself is not a bad thing
it actually HELPs building muscle (yeah you got that right) and losing fat
it all depends on when its elevated etc.
the catabolic condition (raise of cortisol is a part of it) you put your body in during an intense workout actually leads to several hormonal "rebound" effects that ultimately lead to muscle growth
im pretty sure tren has strong cortisol suppressing effects though... i notice extremely decreased wound healing on tren
(t3 ameliorates this though, not sure if thats connected to suppressed cortisol or suppressed thyroid.. or both)
i also get that on DHT, but no other AAS do that. i guess these are the strongest regarding cortisol suppression. all speculation though

most people don't have the mental capability to ignore water weight and get confused when their weight stalls after coming off orals.
slow process, gear or not, if that weren't the case you could take 13 grams and see every chicken breast you eat instantly synthesize itself onto your bi's.
-
Eat more take more get more
Add HGH peptides different orals
The end bodybuilding in a nutshell
