Well at least you got your cardio in for the day.  I'm gonna go back and wade through that site again later tonight to get the heart rate going.

we all know how exciting it is to get the ms fitness international results.  I couldn't sleep last night til this 3rd rate spammer let us know the results.

Third rate?  You're giving too much credit.  I caught Suppersize She on TLC 2 nites ago.  I wonder why Jo Thomas wasn't in?  Maby she'll compete in the men's division?  After watching that show again she isn't too far away from trading genders.
