Lee was a prick? making fun of people?

Doesn't sound like him.  When I saw him making fun of a dead woman's burning body on that DVD, he seemed like a really nice, considerate guy.

Weird.

Like he's the only 5' tall, 5' wide guy on stage in Superman Underoos making fun of it.

you have to understand, lee and dave are midgets. They need to make up for their shortcomings somehow. Steroids and bad attitudes.

David Henry? The guy whose feelings are easily hurt by the internet David Henry?

BTW, did Nasser lose his video camera again this year, or was he not fingering fitness chicks at all this time around?

nasser and quincy were the nicest guys there.    they went out of there way for everyone.   they actually kept the conversations going instead of just one word answers to get you out of there.    jerome was nice to give my daughter a signed photograph of himself instead of charging her.

you know what the funny thing is, if you look at the list of who was nice and who was a jerk all of the nice guys were normal height or above and all of the assholes were the 5'4" guys, hahahaha, i guess it's hard to be nice when you're shorter than the average woman.

"people were trying to hand things to lee"
what does that mean  ???

It means, someone was trying to hand Lee something! Like a photo of Cher, a Lasix pill, or possibly a phone number so he can go on www.PleaseBangMyWife.com and well, you should be able to figure out the rest....then again you didn't understand what "hand things to Lee meant.... ::)

Depends on what the things are, that are being handed to you/me. If it's a hot girl with a phone number for me, I'd take it! Now if it were a rec drug or something you probably shouldn't be having, then of course you would more than likely push it away.
Many a musician has gotten in trouble for drugs, and they always use the excuse of "Someone just handed me the envelope, people do that all the time. I never opened it nor did I know what was in there since a stranger gave it to me." Sometimes it's crap, but sometimes it's true.

Never run into a problem w/ any of these people.  All very nice.  You've got to remember, rayrod, some fans think that the pros owe them something for thier fanship.  It is weird.  Some people will not go up and ask, but demand things.  Also, every pro at every convention gets the "Should I take steroids?" question 500 times a day. Shit gets weird, shit gets old, and when you're dieted down you don't want to hear it.  So, rayrod, try to keep it all in perspective.

Side note:  Nasser is unbelievably nice.  He goes out of his way to talk to you, and introduce you to people if they are around.  He is easily one of the best social candidates of bodybuilding.

When I saw him in september he was so  big ! He was wearing tank top and his arms and forearms just look so hard, like his skine was going to explode.
If I remember well he seems tall, maybe 6" so I would say he was around 260 hard at the time

It's kind of funny that everyone is saying how "nice" Nasser was, given that he has a reputation for being an asshole to fans.
That's true, he used to have a bad reputation. Maybe he has changed.
Does he have plans to compete again?

I'd accept it, hand it to your dumbass, and then tell you to wear it.
Boy, you have way too much time on your hands in order to post such mindless, banal, tripe.

It's kind of funny that everyone is saying how "nice" Nasser was, given that he has a reputation for being an asshole to fans.

I've met Nassar several times over the years and he's always been a perfect gentleman.
I even had breakfast with him this weekend.  He was very gracious to everyone (waitstaff, friends, acquaintances, etc.)

what is with you guys. do you forget there are fans behind you trying to get autographs and pictures and you expect the bodybuilders to have a long big conversation with you. you say what you got to say it was nice meeting you or whatever and keep going dont try to make a big scene.

Yes jerome furgeson is a nice guy I was sitting right next to him at the europa booth. There was this nice little girl who was afraid to take a picture with jerome and he helped her get on the table and she relaxed and wasnt affraid anymore.

jerks:  david henry, lee priest, mark dugdale, phil heath,

Well - lets go over the list here...

1) Phil Heath - obviously you didn't talk to him. This guy is cool, and has a great sense of humor.  At the 2005 Olympia, we went out with Phil and Isaac (Lift Studios) to various clubs, and that was fun. At the 2006 Arnold, was always cool with us and we took a picture of him at the Doubletree Hotel looking at Getbig. At the expo, which he was at the Weider booth, always a cool and let whomever take pictures of him. He does have a sense of humor, as you can see by the pics I take of him...

2) Lee Priest - Lee loves to talk shit about everything, and is one of the funniest pros around. Hard to faze Lee - always has a funny comment on everything, and loves his fans. Of course, some fans go overboard, as judging by the time Lee took a break to eat something after a few hours, and these guys come right up to him, right to his face while he is eating, and yell 'Take a picture right now dude". Even I looked at them funny, but Lee was cool with it.

3) Mark Dugdale - despite the comments some of the Getbigger's have done here, he was truly cool with it all and even gave us a little video for Getbig in the future. Wife is extremely nice too, and they understand that the ribbing goes with the territory in a pro's life. Still, I am amazed that with three kids, he has the time to stay in awesome shape. Never realized how much work and time it can be with a two year old.

4) David Henry - oh David Henry - poor guy was afraid to talk to me all weekend long - even ran when I tried to take his picture. David's comments on Getbig were interesting, and still he was afraid to talk... So is David Henry a jerk... maybe.... we will see this year on how he acts ... like a pro should or like a kid...     Still, his dad is very gracious so maybe that will rub off on David... after all - fame, both good and bad, must be handled with respect.
