I will say I hurt myself jogging, back hurts, so taking it easy few days, but am lightest in 10 years.
I wonder if I would get even better results on a wavelength adonis principles methodology of limited calories and hard resistance training.
I have never been cut, eg muscles and low fat.

Nobody that can teach you to lose weight is a genius...You could have easily just followed another weight loss principal from some other fairy and had the same results, if not better.

jogged 3 miles today after sore back layoff, tried to stand tall as I ran and stretched b4 n after, then did curls n pushups, in low 280s
ate meat during sore back days...weigh crep up
last few days down 7 pounds eating fruit guna continue
