Ok lets see who has some vascular arms and forarms. Ok this is just a still wich sucks I have a video clip and the fuckers were blowing up. I always get stuck with shitty pics but you can see I'm pretty fucking vascular in this pic. I took this Thursday.
Yes you guys will get to see clips by friday 2AM when I get back. but for now who has some cray arm vascularity? pic sucks my peaks have really gotten better wich the video shows if i could post it and you can see why when you watch me train lots of volume with heavy weight and alot of time under tension. It's really been working well. this is a shitty pic it's dark but in person after that workout I don't think I have ever been that vascular. Fuck i wish I could load that clip those fuckers blew up that night. I can;t even text it too anybodys phone or I would trust somebody to post the clips for me says imahe to large and i cant see any way to scale it down

well this isn't a pic it's just a still from the arm clip video I took. I can't send the video to anywhere not even my email then load it to my desktop and post it it just won't send. when I hit send it says imake is to large and I can;t scale it down I figured out you have to scale it down before you take the recording. it's a real piece of shit phone. but I have it for a reason. I have 3 phones 2 are identical and the other one isn't any better.
You can see the vascularity though it was pretty intense that night

Only one guy in my gym can get s vascular sometimes he gets more vascuar because he is a little paler so they show better.he is also a few BF% lower then me

Appreciate that. Chest has always responded fairly easy to training and anything, arms are a different story they r still tiny ass 17 inch. Embarrassing to say it but it is what it is, gained an inch in a year on them

That's about what I see as well. my back is really good imo. If I get my arms up to par I'll b happy but I have 6 ft wing span lol take s time to fill out.
I don't really.follow Kai Greene much yes should feel and squeeze your reps and contract the muscles though.

to post a picture I just send the picture to my email and save to desktop and then name it and post it. It won't let me do that with videos always says image is too large when I try to text them to somebody or my email.
if somebody can figure it out LMK. I have been able to text them before but not sure why just one clip would send must of just been way dimensionally smaller.

thank you. high praise coming from one of the true bodybuilders on this site. I think I read that you trained/train with all the east coast greats?
I envy that. I didn't really know any bodybuilders when I was serious about competing and could have really benefitted from a higher level of knowledge. there was no internet back then, and you pretty much got any instruction from the local dealer.

since grade 8!!! :D
as dumb as that sounds it is true. there was a kid a year older than be that had the bicep vein and I didn't. it bugged me a lot. so I started flexing super intense to make that vein come out. then more and more veins started coming out. I would literally flex so hard the veins would hurt. and I honestly believe this increased the size and number of my veins. obviously the leaner you are the more pronounced your vascularity. but super intense flexing when pumped seems to be the key. and I was crazy vascular before my first drug use.

Hazbin looks insane, Mr.anabolic has a great physique as well. LOL guys I don't look awful if I did I wouldn't post so many pics can't deny I get pretty vascular. phones do matter! In person when I'm on a stack I am def crazy vascular(not hazbin vascular or walter white vascular) but above average. If I wasn't super vascular in person nobody would ask me day after day how crazy vascular I get and start asking me my stack and diet. They see me train so they know how I train. They just don't know what I take
these are big juiced up guys asking me too! not just some teens or newbies. I tend to always realize their problem is too much Testosterone and not enough stacking compounds plus there AI's are not right or not run at all.Usually Their holding to much fluid.
I'm also a huge winstrol fan. AP has some crazy strong winstrol. I tend to run smaller dosages of Test and try to run more winstrol or Tren . I rotate the two compounds. I might run winstrol for 3-4 weeks then go back on tren for 3-4 weeks. I'm def doing a nice detox off anabolics and any ped or drug period.
I did my HCG shots. I took clomid for 3-4 weeks. Now I just take a little arimidex every week till next cycle
I don't see a point of guys like me being on all year. I do train and juice for myself but I do have a nice pussy pulling physique wich came in handy during the summer big time! I'm not ugly either! I am short but who gives a fuck if I'm still pulling down women? I stayed decently lean, held some muscle nothing crazy! but def noticable, stayed vascular, kept my waist in check, and stayed real tan.say what you want but women love that physique I was posting on here, even though it's nothing special in terms of hardcore bodybuilding.
I'm perfectly happy. I'm still doing a show in 6 months so we will see what I end up looking like. If it comes 2-3 weeks out and I am just way behind I'll pull out! I have pretty high confidence in myself as some of you can tell so I should be ready in 6 months but I am also realistic I know it will be ALOT of work.
I def appreciate the guys on here who have given me advice and the guys who compete on here who have helped out big time! I even appreciate all the honesty! Honesty can hurt, but the truth needs to be told.
That's how guy's in the early era were up till the late 90's(they were very brutally honest with each other) honesty can only make somebody better. Flex wheeler thought he was ready many times for a show but then somebody would step up and tell him he was to fat then he would get pissed and do more cardio. Most Bodybuilders or powerlifters have big egos and they don't like to be told things they don't wan't to hear.
So when I post up pics starting 12 weeks out just be honest but in a respectful way. I'm competing for myself but I am a member of this board so it would be sweet if I placed well. These will be better pics and not fucking around in summer physique mode. I'm going to push the training,diet and drugs pretty hard.

as for training, I'm in my 50's now, so It may be different, but recently any time I trained my body responded in an almost laughable way. daily changes. if I did what is considered hrt I could be 260 with abs in 6-8 weeks.
but I am what people in the medical industry refer to as 'a lazy fuk!!!'

I don't think that's even an option. I showed a guy seated tricep pressdowns with a weight light enough phil heath could have done it (ok, not that light, I exaggerated for empahasis!!)

Being that you only have a human body, though, don't you think the heavier style would prove to be counter-productive, no matter what? I'd say the question is what would have happened had you begun to train like the pros you observed using lighter weight.
Because the very first thing I noticed when I looked at your past pics, is that your build appears to be much stronger than the typical BBer, and with a different look to your muscles. Perhaps I'm mistaken, but I take that as a sign of your training style. The unfortunate thing IMO is that such a style can only hold so much of a future in any one body, and it won't necessarily get a person very far in BBing.

my drug levels were extremely low as well, so I think the super high levels of drugs would be necessary to benefit from the lighter pumping workouts. but who knows, maybe not.

some people are more genetically suited to it. I wasn't but tried to be. I knew guys that used horrible form with huge weights for decades and never had problems.

I agree that genetics are huge in the equation. But on the heavy lifting part, it seems like a "one false move" situation that can easily impact anyone. It could be that you lost that draw, rather than you not being genetically suited for it. I cannot believe that you could have been able to build yourself up the way you did without some crazy genetics for heavy lifting. It's just a risky business with significant chance of failure (to say nothing of zero payout ;D).

did the same stupid thing. Destroyed my back at 15 doin seated military presses with no knowlegde about proper form and that ended my wrestling career for good.

It may seem strange, or petty, or something, but I'd swear that whole "no pain, no gain" saying was so fucking stupid and had to have caused more damage than anything else. It offers such a big chance for problems.

As i start to read the responses I hold my tongue as i see "you look like shit" "your doing shit wrong" "do it this way" and so on. And at the time all I want to do is give my personal experience. I have been bodybuilding for 25 years and competed for ten, did 20 shows, did okay, some shows better than others, but like i was telling Rich, i hold my writing do to the negativity. Been here for a long time and I consider this my home, so I don't want to stir the pot if you know what I mean. I have seen members write cool shit but then a jackass out them for what ever reason and it's all out war. Don't want to be that guy.
