Raymond is a freak lb for lb ,,gotten huge over last 10yrs ,,he was a welterweight as amateur and won many wght class titiles before turning pro..his shape and losing separation in legs over time for sake of mass is his negatives..

flex has plenty size but better shape and freaky back and better lines than Raymond ,,upper body caught up to legs,,his calves are insane but a bit too big due to his short height..

Jose looks solid in some poses like FDB, but he is just too squatty to compare to Flex.

Flex easily beats Raymond.

As much as i like jose as a personality and how much mass he can pack on, flex just has the superior frame to pack it on to.

No one whether a bodybuilding fan or not would choose Jose over Flex. Anybody with an eye for the sport can see what a mess Raymond is. And anybody that knows nothing about the sport can spot that Jose looks better everywhere. I'll be shocked if I ever come across someone that would prefer Raymond.

Jose has the freak and conditioning factor.

Flex however has the above plus superior shape and proportion

Flex wins here.

That being said I admire both their physiques over the main Olympia guys who have gone just beyond stupidity,
With all due respect toDexter Jackson and his Physique which is phenomenal for his age, I have a problem with an open division where a 45 year old guy has a better physique then the rest including Phil heath who looks like shit compared to his first and second O's and prior

A 45 year old guy should be getting beaten by younger contestants, and it just shows how much the drug abuse is ruining the quality of the physiques

Flex has a much better flow, but Jose has improved a lot during the last years.

no question.....but i heard that Jose is a really nice guy, and still one of the best 212er. Flex Lewis is in his own class in this class.

If you set 100 $ on his win this year you maybe only get 60 back.

Flex does have a better overall structure.  Love Jose's work ethic and freaky physique, but his body is starting to get blocky and he does seem to be starting to lose muscle separation. Still a shredded, veiny beast!
