He destroyed my body for life. I have scars everywhere because of his retarded cycle. At 18, 170 pounds of fat, he put me on 1.4g test cyp, 700 npp, 800 eq, slin gh peptides, and made me switch to 525 Tren instead of npp 6 weeks in. He was making me eat 9 meals a day from the start like if i was already used to that and sone kind of mass freak monster. Now my whole upper body is covered in bad scars. I sat home 6-7 months couldn't do anything was miserable from this fag, had to heal from all that SEVERE acne. I hope karma hits him

Dumb as shit for using steroids at such dosages? I know that... You don't need to bash me, happened years ago. I had 7 months at home to reflect upon that. It was just a retarded choice i had made and i underestimated the side affects as i was unaware. If i had known, i would have acted differently, but i had no one to tell me otherwise nor did i have any idea for what was waiting for me. I had a very convincing source up my sleeve, was able to get anything within the same day or 2 and had enough funds saved up in my bank account. I was bleeding everywhere and still shooting up, that's how blinded i was, i was not realizing how serious of a situation i had got myself into. I was being very impulsive and extremely reckless. Bostin told me I was fine and should keep up, because he never even bothered looking at the progress pictures i had sent him and neither tried helping me out when i told him weeks before how bad my acne was becoming. I was too stuck in my mind and didn't even know how to stop, fix the issue or do anything, and i worsened my situation by hoping on accutane and this caused the extreme scarring. Anyways, i live to see those scars everyday and reminds me not to act like a retard again. It took only 2 weeks for the acne to start flaring up really bad, it started when the test kicked in and when i was shooting the tren.
I was happy I hadn't used the slin or gh, nor the igf 1 or ghrp 6 he had recommended. My diet was also way off

I kept it on the side for when i most need it. I dropped my coach Durrah. He stopped caring and started harassing me for my money once i stopped paying him, it must feeling degrading as fk for him being 2x Mr Canada and beging a client to pay for his services. Never had success with coaching, nor Bostin nor Durrah.

Man... Fuck all these online coaches, we all have access to the same info (most the time) and there's no real secrets out there.
I would simply enjoy the process of trying and figuring things out for yourself.
Stop the insanity with the heavy spending and focus man, it's not that complicated, just a question of living a very boring and consistent lifestyle I find.
You have all the tools necessary to make this happen.

I find the online coaching very humorous, take somthing very simple, put a twist on it and sell the same advices to everyone
Reminds me if an acquaintance who paid for advices from a local bouncer, he still looked shit 6 month later, I gave him a few tips and let him train with me a few times, 1st thing he asked was how much would it cost?,
You've got to be one dodgy bastard to charge for a few tips and some pointers in the right direction
You also have to be a mug to pay it..

i respect bostin for his will to experiment on himself. this is needed in this sport. you cant rely on what others do, what works for them or what they claim.
however it seems like he doesnt do much research and rather jumps straight in without having the slightest clue.
not the smartest approach.
imo if you take the risk of fucking yourself up then at least minimize the chance to do so.
im sure he has piled up a good amount of - lets say - "knowledge" on AAS, hormones, peptides etc and he probably COULD help some guys out.
online coaching is a retarded business though. might aswell just watch a youtube video. its just as personalized for the viewer as an online coach.
and it saves you the 1000$ for a coach to spend on more GH and tren (which is the essence of what every coach would tell you to do anyway).

Gainsi that sucks you had that experience with bostin loyd. That is a pretty fucked up stack he put gainsi on considering he was 18. I understand that gainsi should have been responsible and looked into it but in my oppinion that is a dangerous high dosage stack to put a 18 year old on.

true, look at dennis wolf at 21 yo. or any real top national guy nowadays... so many monsters at 20 already. but ofc they started EVERYTHING right off the bat.
i once heard a story from a guy who knew dennis wolf very well at the time that he started AAS, GH and slin the day he first stepped a foot into a gym. no wonder he was already a monster at 21. obviously the needed coaches for the drug regimen. i doubt anyone of them really knows what theyre doing

i was 18 when i first touched AAS and i probably knew more (at least about the compounds i used) than 90% of the guys who use AAS, no matter the age.
its all a very individual thing imo. with the internet anyone who can differentiate between bullshit and worthy information can educate himself to the point of guru knowledge.

With the internet info out there today its much easier to obtain knowledge on gear ect. I remeber when i was super young i had to read the gear section on the muscle mags, and also had a limited reach on the compounds I could find.

Kind of dumb question and out of the context... but what is scar tissue ? I have been jabbing my glutes very often and now always when I'm going to jab it, I feel a lot of pain and I got kind of many hard spot on my glutes... is it bcz I have developed scar tissue of all the roids jabbing there ?

Damn like my glute and delt shots... I have tried twice pec shot and shit they hurt like he'll and also bicep.. I have been doing tricep shots.. need more spots... have tried outer quads like 12 times and I always hit through nerve and the inner quad hurts bad. Hard fucking life :/

No, not after, before!
I do upper chest, not that I think it will produce "spot growth" but do feel the muscle very well during that spot when training it.
Give it another shot pre training or even the day before, I think you will like it.
