Title: My gym finally got a lying hamstring curl machine!

Some may recall me bitching about this absence a few months back.  The guy on it told me it had been there for a month.  I hadn't noticed.

Howard did you see it?

Yup and I just used it for a few sets .
Thus, it now sucks for working hams.

Hahaha.  I'm here to light a candle, not curse the darkness.  Regardless of whether it sucks for you, chicks now use it too, so there is more to look at.
