Started my cut today. I'm going to follow a ketogenic diet. My macros are 120 fats, 280-300 protein, 20 carbs. I'm going to keep low carbing till the event keeping my fats high to go into full blown ketosis. When i stall ill bump cardio.
This is what my cycle is:
150 test e
700 npp
600 eq
7.5 iu gh
I will be using var in the beginning (i wanted epi but var is more mild), and mtren winnie at the end. Will also be starting t3 at 25 with some clen tomorrow. Ancillaries are caber/ralox/asin.
Is it true npp aromatises?
Do i have to change my night schedule for gh to morning or prewo for more anabolism during the day and better fat loss?
How high can i go with t3?
If i was using 12.5 asin ed on 600 test 450 deca 450 eq, should i worry about ai on my cut with my new cycle?

Npp is same as deca just shorter ester like as prop and e

and NPP does not aromatise... its 19-nor steroid.

as far as t3 50 micros works good for me, but i feel it can be bumped up a little bit and still keep yourself from getting flat

it does, but only at a very small percentage. 20% or so of test. very negligible and i never had estro sides from it either. then again people say EQ aromitizes about 50% of test and in the real world nobody ever got estrogen issues from it either.

I don't get the hate on keto. Its done me well when cutting. And I've never felt "brain fog" or anything else people talk about when they cut carbs. Maybe some bodies just assimilate better to it than others?

Today is my 6th day on keto. Veins coming out everywhere already. I am getting over the keto diet flue, which is the period where the body adjusts to the new diet changes. Dropped 15-20 pounds already. My energy is through the roof, my good appetite is coming back. This diet is just perfect for me, getting really good pumps and fullness. Drugs are kicking in, i will keep you guys updated

you lost a bunch of water. Keep going and soon your muscle will follow, as well as any pump or strength you have. Get some legit GH, there is no need to do low carb or keto with GH.

My GH is legit but it does not seem to keep me anywhere near lean, even when my diet is clean. It only shines when i shoot 10+ iu split into 2-3 injections a day, at 7.5 I don't see much. This is talking generics.
