Through out your career you could pull off that pose and what do you think about Richard Jones decsion not to use HGH.

I have no influence in the Judging, never have. :-\
I have only had Opinions, some produced changes others produced sworn enemies.

Shawn is a lot like me. I find that employers in general (or in Shawn's case, the IFBB), expect you to kiss their ass and do as they say. When you have something to say that goes against their school of thought you sometimes get ostracized. But much to the dismay of some suit wearing douchbags, Shawn never gave a fuck. I respect that.

There is a world of difference between Chuck E. Cheese and the IFBB.

Not really. Any place of work (in my most recent past the Canadian Forces) will want you to do as they say. They don't like people who disagree, regardless of how correct you may be.

By "Canadian Forces" did you mean Paul Dillet?

if you're running something and know for a fact if all the people that work for you just agree and you have no problems otherwise who wouldn't want yes men to do what you want when you want it? As long as they don't sabotage your ambitions and don't have ambitions of their own then you are ok. You just have to know what you are doing yourself, know the truth. Know where to place these people where they can't hurt you but help you advance.
Soldier is a perfect example.
