Title: Anybody know Mike 'Five Jacket' Yablonsky?
Post by: tommywishbone on March 14, 2006, 12:53:03 PM: He was an NPC middleweight/lightheavy back in the mid & late 90's. He worked at Gold's Venice in 95'-96'. Came to Venice from Brooklyn, I think.

He always wore 4-5 sweatshirts & jackets to appear bigger.I knew him for 2 years or so, and never saw anything other than the back of his hands and his ankles.Nice guy, but weird. ;D

It must have taken him 10-15 minutes to get dressed. I think the 1st layers were large and then he would put on an XL or two and then a few XL's & XXL's. Sometimes he moved sort of like a robot because his mobility was reduced.

Five Jacket was actually Lee Priest's roommate for a few months.

For real... he always wore the same 4-5 jackets. During 2+ years, I never saw him wear anything less. His pants were always big old school baggies, sort of MC Hammer style. ;D

I know mike pretty well. He is a good guy and was a really good bodybuilder. I lived in venice when he was there, he Lee myself, all ggod freinds, you guys should not bash him or lee. They are good guys. Mike is now a very successful personal trainer in nyc.

Last year was the first time I saw him in a very long time...he looked awesome at the east coast.

al dente was always a little firm when it boiled down to it. maybe too much salt and water just prior.
