What would you rather on a cut assuming u already have 450 deca in the blood from previous bulk:

750 deca
700 npp
600 eq
100 var ed
With deca or without deca if u had to pick?

i think that you're correct with this, but i've only been injecting for a little over a year so my experience with the gear is low
now i'm only on sust and i plan to stay only on sust and just recomp from here if i can, and by recomp i mean stay at the same bw but go from my current 8-9% to 4-5% while not losing any scale weight
we will see....

me personally i do not cut for shit on deca, never tried npp but i def would choose that over deca since i might try that compound in future.
I would put mast in there instead
or trenn or both
What type of var are you using? I find that the good shit is pretty dam expensive which prevents me from using it.
I find winstrol to work better for myself, and its cheaper
even the liquid strol is cheaper then anavar

Deca is nice to stay full with while cutting and joint relief as u get lean I can cut on any drug.
My opinion is to use as little as possible to hold size without dropping alot of mass when u get close bfat wise, then u blast up your tren, Eq, mast, etc.. save money and look better sometimes I think dudes jump on a gram of test and eq and all this shit and r bloated the fuck up with side effects and feel like shit. Why? Just run a comfortable dosage that keeps u somewhat full and allows u to maintain strength. U will fell better, training will be better, appetite won't b fucked. Then u blast and blow up some leans lbs and look badass

i dont have any issues with recomping per se, its just extremely uneffective vs the bulk/cut approach if done right.
"recomping" from 8-9% bf to 4-5% bf AT THE SAME WEIGHT will take months or even years. if youre 200lbs thats 8lbs fat mass loss and 8lbs lean mass gain.
and most people wont even get close to 4-5% bf on test only unless they got elite genetics
inb4 its all diet, yeah it is. but you need 5x the will power on test only (that most people dont have) and you will look much better with other compounds in the mix.

i train now MUCH HARDER than i've trained in years, not necessarily so fucking heavy but fatiguing the shit out of the muscle with very strict form and controlled movements with lots of static holds, breakdowns, etc burning and fatiguing the living shit out of my muscles
also, i'm training legs VERY HARD, which i have never really done in my whole fucking life lol
my trainer said that my legs have improved a bunch over the last 6 weeks or so, and in fact, they have :)

Eat less than 1000 calories a day. Preferably only boiled chicken and cabbage. Until u r shredded. On low test 3-400 mgs a week also train like 14 days in a row until u r gonna die to summarize it.

Ide suggest having a bigger meal every few days with beef and lots of greens and alot of dense carbs if trying this because u will find it a bitch for strength and how u feel and zero pumps. It works but is retarded.
