Day 11 starts tomorrow, i am in full blown ketosis therefore i am carb depleted. Using 50mcg t3 and 50mcg clen, t3 should already be dialed in. I decided to start running DNP tonight at 200mg

personally it seams like you dont really need dnp,  personally if i was in your shoes I would try to fill out a bit but slowly, just my opinion you could use some more muscle tissue on your frame and try to round out your muscle bellies a bit.

I saw the words gyno under your pics. Do you actually have gyno or is it just simply your frame and you tend to get a small pair of man tits real easy because with me once i hit a certain percentage of body fat and believe me its not high i tend to notice i put fat on under my armpits and in my nipple area.

I also would through a dht compound in there and prob loose the eq. If your in a situation to do so. Seams to me your drug cycle is a little counteractive and me personally i have learned the hardway myself but everyone reacts differently .

You're doing something seriously wrong.  You're on over a gram of gear a week, 7.5 iu of GH, T3, clen.... Now you want to add DNP, which is just plain dumb.  No offense, but you look natural.  With that amount of GH and gear you should be full and round as hell, even with the garbage keto diet.... like I've said, you're GH is garbage.  Keto diet is garbage.  With GH and thyroid hormone you need carbs, and can get shredded with a lot of carbs.  With what you're taking you could be eating whatever you want all day, and still be leaner than what you are in the pics.  You need to get your diet and training figured out first, then your cycle.  Otherwise you're wasting your time.

No but I want to get lean fast so i can put thickness back on while maintaining a lean state. I just want to lower my t3 and add carbs back so i can lift proper weight. I'm carb delepleted now so it's the best time to use it

You don't have alot of mass, why not concentrate on actualy gaining size , untill you have realy filled out, empty your head of all the shit that consumes you. Spend a couple of years doing this...

Eat some food, improve your poundages etc etc... Or look like a natural for years to come doing what your currently doing

You guys are right... Is it because i dropped t3 and tren? I was on t3 tren for a straight year and 2-3 months. Right now I'm 205 pounds, 183-185cm, 20 yo. I dropped anavar because it feels like var/winnie mix lol, i got 15g of it for 12$/g so explains it.
When my muscles are full of water I'm about 220.



This was today, couldn't get decent pump cause low carbs, id be happy if after dnp i could bring my chest and traps up. I ordered some saizen, should come next week

Dude I think you are using way to many things at once I would just go back to more basic cycles. If "20 yo" stands for you being 20 years old you really started using gear at a very young age and a lot of it. I would really start to think about the long term effects of what you are doing to your self when you start taking things like DNP and your on T3 and tren for a year straight. I don't think you have a bad physique and I can appreciate the fact that you are trying very hard to be a good bodybuilder but I think you should slow your roll a bit on all the stuff you are using. I hate to say this but it seems like you are somewhat abusing some of this stuff and that you might have a addictive personality. Honestly you seem like a nice guy I'm just saying all this because I hate to see some one fuck up their health at a young age. When was the last time you took some time off of cycles and had your testosterone in normal range? With the dosages, compounds, and amount of time you are running these things at you are flirting with long term health problems in my opinion. Hopefully you don't take offense to any of this and if I got any of your information wrong I apologize. I really do think that a lot of the people on Getbig who are replying to your threads are trying to say to slow your roll it just comes out a little more harsh.

QFT. I dont mean to be a dick, but OPs genetics are horrendous for bodybuilding.
Muscle shape and bellies are bad. I would strongly suggest to just do moderate doses of test....if you CANT look good on that amount of gear your on especially with freaking HGH, then you WILL NEVER look good no matter how hard or how much you try.

Run moderate doses of test, save your money, live healthier and accept reality that not everyone will have good genetics for bodybuilding..but who give a fuck anyway, you will still look better than 99% of the non excercising population

Yeah, i use to party every week and just pound tons of steroids including tren, dieted horribly. I have gotten my mind set straight, and past bulk and this cut so far i feel amazing and extremely healthy compared to the position i got myself into. I have an addictive personality and I'm happy I got it under control now as i see reality differently and actually understand what i am doing to myself.
I appreciate it alot, i am happy you tell me this because it helps me reflect on my mistakes even further and prevent me from doing the mistakes i once did.

I will post progress pictures soon, I'm at 200 pounds 10-11% bf now and entirely depleted. After this cut I'm expecting to put couple pounds of muscle off anabolic rebound and 4 weeks of mtren. Afterwards i am going to focus on reverse dieting and bulking again.

Definetely get frequent blood tests if your going to continue using harsh compounds like you are. Your running a lot of stuff man for long periods at a time and some of the more serious side effects you won't feel like high cholesterol or elevated liver enzymes.

I worried lots about my cholesterol levels when i was on tren. Is npp eq that harsh? Gh should also help no? I know aromasin doesnt affect lipids, dunno about caber though. Every drug has its downs for every up. I try using minimal on off season. No t3, no stims, only aas, gh and needed ancillaries

Eq is harsh on hct, npp has some side effects on the heart. I don't know alot about the long term side effects of either one besides the obvious side effects like that npp shuts you down super hard and things like that.
