Just for fun.
What would your choice be. You're gonna try to bulk up as much as you can over 12 week period. And you may only use 2 types of AAS compounds and 4 types of food(beef, rice, chicken for example)
Give me 2 types og AAS and 3 types of food you would use ?

Unless you're gonna run an oral for the whole 12 weeks, adding one would be a waste in my opinion cause youd just have dead space in the cycle .
I'd use Sust and NPP. Don't think I'd ever run tren for as long as I did last time. Worst anxiety ever.

whatever i feel like really...
usually ketchup (its my number one vice. cant live without that shit) or BBQ sauce, bolognese (meat-tomato-sauce), cream cheese, pesto, whatever
4 slices of whole wheat toast
7oz pack of ham
sauce, spices, maybe some cheese or veggies if youre on that healthy time
tastes good, easy to digest, easy to pack up and eat anywhere (without looking like a retard unpacking your 20 tupper boxes at work/university)
