I just wanted to post this pic... i you guys probably wont believe me, its only little over 1 year between and aprox. 15 leg workouts between. I rarely workout legs.. I hate it, its boring and my quads has always been so easy to grow. What do you think ?

What are you squatting? For 5.. 

I don't squat... only leg press.. I don't take any impressive weights I take always much lighter weight for higher reps (25-12reps)

Not exactly I train them when I feel like I'm getting out of proportion. It could be one time a month or less.

It's half your body! You should not neglect legs, been going so hard on legs i want to puke at times. Calves are growing like crazy. My legs are always mad lean, and it's so hard to make them grow. Today had an amazing workout. One week i go heavy poundages, and one week i go intense high rep workout. I keep shocking my legs to grow. If they arent sore for at least 3 days, didn't go hard enough

It's half your body! You should not neglect legs, been going so hard on legs i want to puke at times. Calves are growing like crazy. My legs are always mad lean, and it's so hard to make them grow. Today had an amazing workout. One week i go heavy poundages, and one week i go intense high rep workout. I keep shocking my legs to grow. If they arent sore for at least 3 days, didn't go hard enough

They were so out og proportion i found. It seems like my quads grow as my upper body does.

Not exactly I train them when I feel like I'm getting out of proportion. It could be one time a month or less.

Yeah i hear you on the puke feeling, wierd that only happens to me on legs.  and yeah if i can sit down on the toilet seat with easy for a wk then i didnt hit them hard enough. sooooooo hard to make them shits grow, mine are long and lean.

If I measure little bit over the middle it's gonna be 65cm

Maybe a little more :) For example i havent train quads for month or so now. but still they are pretty big.. It seems like they grow when my upper body grows..
