I'm sure it's definately worth it since Jay, although boring gives you a good value for your money in terms of content but does anyone know who's selling it cheaper?

Just ordered it - at just under 6 hours it's worth the $40 in my opinion.

6 hours of boring for $40...that's only $7 per boring hour.  I'd rather have 1 good hour, than 6 bland ones.  His next dvd should be called "Jay Cutler: Cutting Room Floor"

On skip la cour's dvd (www.skiplacour.com), he actually overdubs a vocal track over his lifting routine.  You get to hear him critque his own form, explain his choice of movements, etc.  I don't know why more people don't put out videos this way.
