Title: B12 amps

My friend gave me one amp b12 vitamin.. its 1 mg/2ml i think..  Why do people use it and what benefits does it give ? Will i feel results after one injection  ?

I tried injectable B12. Felt nothing. I think you'll only feel a difference if you're deficient.

I find that i go through phases where i do not get enough in my diet.  It helps me a bit with energy I will say that, nothing drastic, just maybe good for a day that i am dragging. slight better sence of well being..

They are def better then a b12 vitamin. I will do a couple shots of those a month when i have them on hand.
