How do I lose this little bit of flab on the lower part of my stomach and back..It is the only thing stopping me from looking cut really good for the summer time....Please anyone help me...

I know ive preached it before but it mostly is due to your diet. Makes sure your eating to cut first and with quality foods. I would recommend alot of oblique ab exercises and leg lifts to get the lower abs. Have fun its rough to get those spots ;D
