I use a ZMA suplement. Its zinc, magnesium and B6. I sleep like a baby and always wake up with a boner.

I take 15mg chelated zinc a day, probably not a smart thing to push up too much.
Think of how a human would live in the wild naturally, we probably need a lot less vitamins than health freaks think, taking that we don't eat mostly junk.

when i workout intense im physically lazy the rest of the day
its hard to get an edge
when i used to eat 10 chicken breasts a day i had double workout energy but i dont see the point taking animal life for 1 stupid day of exercise!

Hype. All you need to do (with any/all nutrients) is to consume enough to avoid a deficiency. If you are not deficient, taking a lot of it will do nothing for you.

No, but I took 3-4 Beverly int'l liver tablets per meal for a few months and had bloodwork done and my iron levels were way too high. Had to quit those things. #hemeiron

It's idiotic to take single micro-nutrients at high doses like that. Who takes 30 mg+ zinc/day is probably running into an iron or copper deficiency, as they're competing for the same enzymes in your body.
The human body is a pretty sophisticated system, with every single pill you pop you're interfering the balance of your body.
