Gonna probibly take my diuretic Thurs, Fri, (show's on a Sat.) is that right? Also what kind of potassium is best? when and how much to take? (5'7, 180-185lbs)

LOL, bro if you don't know what your doing than don't f**k with diuretics. Hope you didn't get your hands on some Lasix. I had a buddy who spent his Sat. night pose down in an ER thanks to the advice of an old washed up IBFF pro!

Okay...diuretics have the potential to make you look 5% BETTER or 5% WORSE. it int worth the gamble...you might roll a 7 or 11. HOWEVER, next saturday is MY show so I have a 50mg tab of Lasix sitting here...what I am going to do is this...I'm gonna break it in 4's...then use 1/4th of it Friday early evening...and depending on how I look saturday morning another 1/4th.
You would probably have success w/ over-the counter diuretics like 'DIUREXX'...take as prescribed. As far as potassium...potassium hcl would be ideal but a banana or two would work. Awww...fk loop diuretics...go w/ over-the-counter's.
Friday before the show you'll probably be sipping no more than 8oz of grapefruit juice the entier day so try to hit the sauna in the morning for 20 minutes...before you apply your color. This is very tricky...from what I hear from Jennifer Cowan...you are already in good shape...dont fk it up. Holla1

Cool thanks Block, as for my diuretic i have a bottle of dymatize stuff, but you say go with over the counter, is this easy to do (i mean how do you get it?) and what do you suggest for a brand?
Since i will be carbing up on that friday after depleting i won't be workin out, so will definately hit up the sauna ;)
