well if the USA banned assault rifles like France did then we wouldnt have had Hebdo and Bataclan...

good point

it's also illegal to drive drunk but people still do it anyway so I guess there is no point in making it illegal

shit, sometimes people who aren't even legally allowed to buy alcohol somehow get their hands on it and drive drunk and kill people

I guess if we can't stop all drunk driving and all drunk driving fatalities then the only option is to do nothing

We made drugs illegal and that has been working awesome!!!

Let's do the same with guns so nobody has them!! They would be illegal just like drugs and then since guns would be illegal nobody would have them just like they don't have and can't get drugs if they want them!!
