Title: Anyone from a state with legal weed?

Can you buy it from gas stations or 7-11s?  Just curious by making it legal how do they still control the sale of it.

So it's essentially like Cali but we just call it medicinal.  Go in and complain about back pain, pay $200 for your medical card and a "doctor" consult over Skype and you're good to go.

There's alot of money to be made in the weed game selling to states where it's still illegal.  ALOT. 
A pound of some top shelf stuff on the west would go for around 2000-2500 and would sell on the east coast for almost double that.  That's just for 1 pound...
