i dont know whats better: the piss poor form or the 2 sounding like a couple of illiterates tripping their way through hamlet. these shows just reinforced the most important principle of bb: massive steroid use. anybody disagree just look at ole tom prince
massive roid use + boatload of other drugs = road to nowhere
and anybody who thinks making $500,000 over 10 years is success is a damn fool

500,000? maybe if you win or come in second in the Olympia or ASC ten years in a row, most of these jackasses won't make 500K in fifty years.

Loved that show. It sure would be nice if there was something along the same lines on tv but it's all fitness crap.

I bet you're one of those sissies who uses "perfect form" with light weights all the time, and wonders why he never gets any stronger.

Frank Zane looked about 75 in that clip though he was very lean and fit. You got to give it to the guy, he's an educated guy:
Awarded a Master of Arts Degree in Experimental Psychology from California State University San Bernardino, California in 1990.
Taught mathematics, chemistry, physics, natural sciences, physical education, and psychology in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Florida, and Los Angeles, California 1964 through 1977.
AND he's won 3 Sandow trophies! How many other Mr.O's can say that?
-
I think Zane was last spotted playing a flute and prancing through a field in Oxnard.

That show was why I started lifting weights.
Shawn always looked freakn awesome,,,Shawn, you miss being that size? If I lost 10 pounds, I would be depressed, but he lost about 50 and seems to "like life" more??? I know you found different meanings and all, but seriously, you must miss it right?
